Berbere Moroccan Pita
Ingredients: 

Berbere Credit Booster
Water
Drained canned chickpeas
Parboiled brown rice
Parboiled white rice
Cooked pulled or grilled chicken
Red pepper
Spinach
Whole Grain Chips

Instructions: 

1. Add water, red beans, both rice, and Berbere Credit Booster to a 4” hotel pan
2. Stir well, let stand for 5 minutes, then stir again to make sure all powders are dissolved
3. Add cooked pulled or grilled chicken
4. Bake uncovered in a 400˚F oven for 40-45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stir and hold hot above 160˚F for service or cool for later use
5. Serve with Pita bread and Muhammara sauce
